Perform appropriate Pre-Installation Checklist actions.Determine the installation strategy that is appropriate for the site's circumstances.These are the phases of the installation/upgrade process: SMA recommends studying this installation documentation before attempting an install or an upgrade to avoid mistakes and to be prepared for making sound decisions in case of an unexpected circumstance. Please notify SMA Support in advance of plans to upgrade a live production installation to the new version so that appropriate human resources will be available to respond quickly, if necessary.
